Born in Baku, Azerbadjan, Saida lives in Houston, teaches art and continues to exhibit her works all over the globe. Her exquisite style transcends the essence of female sensitivity through the warm texture and subtlety of clay.
She writes: “Ideas, moods, elements of history and nature-these are a mixture of elements which doesn’t always appear smoothly. The shapes are not at all like drawing, a constant practice. They are multiple explorations of my thinking, using the wealth of materials available to me now.”
